Our kit features our exclusive "Calling Grandma" Kid, complete with a chocolate chip cookie in one hand and a cordless phone in the other! How cute is that? It's hard to see in the photo, but the phone is layered so you can see the buttons. Also included in the kit are precut layered mats featuring paper from Pebbles, Inc., a diecut title, diecut tags, mini rick rack, etc. (P.S. To create this layout as shown, you will also need a chalk palette and fine line pens in coordinating colors, and a stapler. You Are So Special to Me!
It is May, and that is the perfect time of year to celebrate Mom and all of the other special women in your life! This layout was designed in that vein which explains all the pink on our featured sample layout. Our kit includes not only precut layered mats featuring double sided cardstock from Treehouse Memories, but it also includes a fun fold-out "brag book" inside the brown floral "wallet" that will hold as many as ten additional full size 4x6 photos! Mouse over the photo above to see inside. The wallet has a wafer thin Basic Grey magnetic clasp to hold it closed on the page. The layout is embellished with a preprinted and diecut title cut from Bazzill Bling cardstock in your choice of pink or blue, diecut flowers cut from solid white and pink or blue Bling cardstock, diecut tags, coordinating eyelets, brads and ribbon. For those of you who would prefer it, we have a blue alternate for you as well. (The brown floral cardstock and the flower diecut shapes will remain the same on both versions, only the color of the flowers will vary.) To create this layout as shown, you will need chalks and pens to coordinate with the flowers and tags, a paper piercer to assist with setting the brads, and an eyelet setter. Note: I used some iridescent Stickles on top of each of the brads--any of the clear glitter colors will work: Diamond, Icicle or Crystal. This versatile layout was designed to fit a number of different scenarios, and I think it works for all of them! Whether you need a layout to express how blessed you've been to have a wonderful mother (like I was!), or if you want to create a layout celebrating your own motherhood experience, this one will do the trick! After looking at the finished page and showing it to some friends, they said that it would also be perfect for prom photos (May is prom season for the high school set), as a setting for classic wedding photos, spring portraits and so much more too! The kit contains precut layered mats featuring beautiful floral paper from Karen Foster Design, a diecut title, coordinating ribbon, and precut pieces to create three layered cardstock and vellum flower accents. Best of all, this layout will go together in a snap, and it will hold up to six standard 4x6 photos on the five mats, or four standard photos and one enlargement up to 6x8. To complete the layout as shown, you will need coordinating chalks and pens for the flowers and diecut title, and glue dots or other suitable adhesive for attaching the ribbon.
