Twin Cities All Day Crop Online Registration
Our next All Day Crop will be held on Saturday, May 31st, 2008 from 10:00 am until 10:00* pm at the Guardian Angels Church in Oakdale, MN conveniently located right off of I-94 at the Radio Dr./Inwood exit at 8260 Hudson Road N,, just east of Saint Paul. The cost for this full day of scrapping fun is just $25 per person, and it includes a goodie bag, several free make n' takes featuring stamping and scrapping products and techniques, door prize drawings, lunch, dinner and snacks and a whole day of open scrapping and paper crafting time! What a bargain! All of our previous croppers just LOVED it that each person gets their own 6' table--what a great perk! Our new location does not have the rolling padded chairs, so you may wish to bring along a chair pad or crop cushion. If you are cropping with us in May and would like to have your cushion delivered to the crop for you without additional shipping costs, please get that order in to me no later than May 20th so I can get one ordered for you!
For the convenience of our croppers, we will have a mini store set up on site so you won't have to lose precious time running out to get an adhesive refill or extra sheet of black cardstock. I will also have my Creative Cutter again, so plan ahead if you would like to have custom titles and images cut for you to make the most of your day.
Here's how preregistration works. If you are registering/paying for yourself only, you may add the registration to your shopping cart alone or with any other items. Crop registrations will be processed as of the date they are received to secure your spot, other items will be processed when the order is ready to be processed or shipped. If you are registering AND paying for another person, please fill in the second person's name and email address IN THE MESSAGE BOX AREA of the shopping cart (this lets us know who to expect so we can have their goodie bag ready at check-in). If you wish to register AND pay for two or more additional people, please list their information (including their email address) in the message box area as directed earlier so we have a complete list of who will be coming. I'll send out an email with an online map link to the event location and any other pertinent details in the week prior to the crop on May 31st.
Due to the nature of our crops and the amount of preparation that is required to make our events the fun day out that you deserve, we must cut off registration for this event on TUESDAY, MAY 27TH. We will be unable to add additional croppers after that date as it takes time to plan for the food and other amenities that we offer. Thank you for your understanding with this policy.
In the event that a preregistered person has an emergency and finds they need to cancel, we will provide a full refund up until Sunday, May 25th. After that date we are unable to offer a refund due to prepaid expenses, etc., however, you may send someone else to crop in your place.
Please note, my shopping cart WILL calculate sales tax on your registration. Don't be alarmed by this, I don't have an easy way to make certain things non-taxable. You will only be charged a flat $25 per person for the crop when your payment is processed.
* We will be in the building setting up for the crop from about 8:00-10:00 am and you are welcome to come a little early if you don't mind us working around you. :) Technically we have until 11:00 pm to be out of the building. There is no reception scheduled for that night, so someone from the church will have to come back to lock up and for that reason we'll need to be out a little earlier this time around.
